Review the trends of aggression and/or violence nationally and internationally.
Discuss the major brain systems connected to aggression and/or violence.
Formulate evaluation procedures combining neurocognitive and socio-emotional-forensic tools to assist with options involving School Psychology and/or School Neuropsychological perspectives.
Ponder general legal & ethical approaches for school services involving Manifestation of Determination along with Emotional Disturbance/Disability vs. a Social Maladjustment.
Review of various strategies and approaches that could guide the Team with assisting youth with reducing violence and aggression. Case formulation will be weaved throughout the presentation.
This is a full day presentation. Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack
